Chamber Committees

Every year, the Timmins Chamber of Commerce strikes various committees to monitor, examine, and research issues of interest to the business community and the membership as a whole, based on the input and needs of Chamber members.

Made up of volunteers, committees typically meet once a month with the goals of either improving the Chamber membership experience, or the business climate for Timmins companies, whether it is at the municipal, provincial, or federal level. Each tackles a specific issue or topic, and works to find actionable solutions to related problems.

For a complete list of this year's Chamber committees, or to contribute your knowledge to one of these committees, please contact Nick Stewart, the Chamber's Manager of Policy, Research and Communications, at (705) 360-1900 or via email at
